The detailed design (service phase 5 of the HOAI) is the core of every construction project. It translates the design into a detailed, standards-compliant working basis for construction. 🇩🇪 Planning in accordance with standards and legal requirements
In Germany, compliance with technical and legal requirements is essential. Our detailed planning guarantees full conformity with all relevant regulations.

HOAI service phase 5:
Complete provision of all basic services in accordance with Section 34 (Buildings and Interiors) of the current Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Preparation of detailed construction drawings in the required scales (1:50 to 1:1), including structural, detail, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) plans.

German rulebook:
Ensuring compliance with building regulations (state building codes), fire protection, sound insulation and thermal insulation. Adherence to all relevant DIN standards (e.g. DIN 18202 for tolerances in building construction, DIN 4109 for sound insulation, DIN EN standards).

Building type E (Experimental building):
We advise you on the possibilities of the new building type E, in order to deviate from rigid building standards in favor of simplicity and cost savings where legally possible and not absolutely necessary for the protection objectives – always while maintaining building safety (statics, fire protection).
